Reporting Hybrid Battery Issues and Claim Review Process
If you suspect an issue with your hybrid battery system, please report it within 5 days of discovering the problem.
Warranty claims will be reviewed within a minimum of 24 hours. Claims submitted over the weekend or public
holidays will be reviewed on the next available business day.
*Please note : Dash lights on the vehicle do not conclude your hybrid battery has failed!
