Corporate and fleet operators should contact our customer service for different packages. Commercial vehicle operators should declare the vehicles' use during purchase.
Does HiiVolt partner with service providers nationwide?
Currently, only our Glenmarie, Shah Alam service centre is authorized. We are striving to expand our services and collaborate with nationwide diagnostic and service centres to facilitate claims procedures.
Will HiiVolt provide warranty for other models?
Yes, we are expanding to include more models in the future to benefit all hybrid vehicle users. If you have a specific model in mind or need a tailored warranty package, please submit your request through our "Contact Us" tab on our website.
Will the warranty activate immediately after purchase ?
No, there is a 14-day exclusion period and a minimum mileage requirement of 200 km, which must be met before the warranty is activated. The mileage will be verified during the claim procedure.
What are the conditions for purchasing a warranty?

The 6-month mandatory battery service ensures optimal performance and warranty compliance. It includes a health check, cleaning, testing, and necessary maintenance. This service typically takes 1 to 3 working days to complete.
What are the documents required to initiate the warranty claim?
The documents required are: 1. Copy of NRIC 2. Copy of Vehicle Road Tax 3. Copy of Vehicle Ownership Certificate & 4. Snapshot of Vehicle Dashboard with Odometer Reading, Date and Time.
What happens if I fail to upload the required documents?
Failure to upload or provide the correct documents will result in the failure to activate the warranty. Please refer to our terms and conditions or contact our customer service for assistance.

Can the warranty package be transferred to a new vehicle owner if sold?

What should I do if my dashboard shows a "Hybrid System Failure" indicator light?
You should drive only a short distance, park the vehicle in a safe place, and refrain from further use to prevent extensive damage.

Please report any suspected hybrid system or battery failure within 5 days of discovering the issue. Follow the steps provided in the "Warranty Claim" tab on our platform and submit the necessary information and supporting documentations.
How long will it take to respond to my claim notifications?
We aim to respond to all claim notifications, inquiries, and issues within 24 hours.

Are there any minimum mileage requirements to keep the warranty active?
Yes, there is a minimum mileage requirement of 300 km per month to keep the hybrid battery and system healthy and the warranty active. If you are unable to meet this requirement due to special circumstances, please contact our customer service for assistance.
Can my claim be denied ?
Yes, your claim can be denied if the scope of repair and replacement is beyond our terms and conditions or if fraud is detected.
Will the service centre replace all parts included in the warranty package?
Only the necessary repairs or replacements of defective components, as authorized by us, will be made.

Can I tow the car directly to the service centre ?

How long does it take for repairs or replacements to be completed?
Any repairs or replacements under the warranty will be completed at the Service Centre within five (5) to seven (7) working days, depending on the availability of parts and the service centre’s schedule.
Can I send my vehicle to another service centre for hybrid-related issues after purchasing a warranty from HiiVolt?
No. Unauthorized repairs or parts replacements will void your warranty. Please refer to our terms and conditions for details.
Are the warranty replacement products new ?
Our process includes battery regeneration and refurbishing, supporting a sustainable business model.
New replacement parts/products will be used only when necessary to replace a fully damaged component covered under your warranty.
