Complete your warranty claim in 3 simple steps
DIAGNOSIS
If a warning light appears on your dashboard and you suspect an issue with the hybrid battery, please have your vehicle diagnosed before starting a warranty claim. You can visit a local mechanic for a diagnostic scan or use your personal code scanner. Be sure to provide pictures of all diagnostic codes from either source. If diagnostic codes are unavailable, you may upload a picture of your dashboard panel showing the odometer reading and hybrid system warning lights.
GATHER INFORMATION
Collect all the necessary warranty information (detailed below) and complete the warranty claim form on our platform. A trained warranty service advisor will verify and process your claim, or provide tech support if the codes are not related to the hybrid battery or its components. Please note that missing information on the form may delay the processing of your claim.
START A CLAIM
Based on the diagnostic information you’ve provided; we will determine if your hybrid battery or components has failed and whether it qualifies for a warranty claim. If your warranty is still active, we will schedule a repair or replacement at one of our authorized service centers. You can contact our customer service for towing assistance, or arrange your own towing. If you are within a short distance of our service center, you may also drive your vehicle to us.
